Account just went from 5-9 weeks to 3-13 weeks. Ordered 4/18. Really hoping I get my vin soon because I’m starting to feel super discouraged 😔 but I know it will be worth it in the end!

It’s not supposed to show your future car in the app. Their FAQs say that you get access during delivery and it could take up to 48 hours before you have full access on the app.

Any Pittsburgh/Wexford folks get a VIN yet?? My SA never responded to any of our texts so we’ve been emailing the dealership. They’ve been nice but have not provided any information at all other than “we don’t see a vin in your account yet”

So jealous of everyone getting their VINs. Congrats guys! My transmission on my old car blew up 3 weeks ago so I am superrr antsy to get my VIN. Fingers crossed it happens soon because this has been beyond stressful :(

What was your order date?

Had an updated date of June 3-21 but my account just updated back to the generic 5-9 weeks :( it’s hard to get excited over getting a Tesla with this constant back and forth.

I’m in Wexford PA and I can promise you my SA has never responded to me and the responses from the dealer are extremely short and not at all helpful. It’s not just CA.
