Demo Car, delivery vs pick up

Hey! Just wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience, I’ve taken a look but can’t find a similar UK specific thread. Placed an order on a demo vehicle. It had that little asterisk “available for accelerated delivery”. It’s located in a city a few hours away, the ad just specified a...

UK PCP for Model 3 LR

The lower depreciation is likely due to scarcity than anything else. In 4 years the scarcity will be essential over and you’ll have batteries that charge faster, go longer, etc, hopefully better build, and whatever new technologies will be around - 6G? Other brands will also develop their cars...

    Demo Delivery Question

If it’s anything like the U.K., demo vehicles have quite recently switched to being pick-up from their current location only. So you may have no delivery fee because you’re expected to go to pick it up.

Lack of promised FSD when sold as having from car dealer.

This is extremely frustrating, I'm sorry you're going through this. While shopping around, I found a 3 listed as having a FSD. On the photograph however it showed as having autopilot. I called to clarify and they explained that when you click settings or whatever it says that it has a Full...

    Which would you take?

Thanks everyone for the further feedback. My mileage will mainly be two ~16 mile trips (to work and back), with up to 3 miles for popping into a shop on the way home or missing an exit, etc. At the moment the odds of a workplace charger is minimal. It's privately owned and I'm only there for...

    Which would you take?

thanks for the reply! I’d love to get a LR but it is outside of my budget, unless I go second hand from a private individual but I don’t know enough about cars to properly assess a lemon vs not so would prefer a dealership car. There are a few, yes. Including one that allows overnight...

    Which would you take?

Hey, So I have a choice between two demos, would appreciate your advice on which to take. Things that I’m taking into account: - no home charger - North England, so can be a bit cold/snowy in the winters 1. 2019 SR+, £36k 2. 2021 SR+ £39k, refreshed Fremont model not the MIC model with the...
