Could you be more specific? I don't see any menu item for reporting delivery issues, just standard service and/or roadside assistance

Finally heard back from my SA (took two weeks and two emails). I was told with a high level of certainty that I would have a car by late Aug/Sept. Order date 5/19 and current EDD window shows 7/20-8/3

7/20-8/5 for me today. Considering I have no VIN, no blue button and my SA won't respond to any of my email messages, I'm not overly optimistic
