@greentrbo95gst I have the same problem too, driving local all I hear is creaks. Just not acceptable for a car at this price. I have noises all over the back. I have a service appointment next week, will keep you posted. Have you tried taking it in?

Hi all, Got a quick question. Last time when my car was in the Tesla SC for some paint correction, they removed the USB drive. Now I am not sure where exactly it plugs into. Im sure it will be a facepalm moment to know where it goes. Cheers!

I have a creaking noise coming from somewhere in front of the driver side dash. Has anyone had this issue and gotten it fixed? I am taking my car into Fremont today for a service appt for paint issues, hope I would be able to reproduce this and convince there is a noise.

Its been the case sometimes with me. Not sure why. I do not have 100% reliability.

I have no vibrations so I cant comment on that. For the distortion, look at your rear view mirror when driving and look for any straight lines (lane markers) or anything obvious, at the bottom of the glass meeting the frame of the hatchback. If there's distortion, it will look a little squiggly...

I am not sure. I have not seen a 2021 tbh. From all the reviews and videos I've seen there seems to be no difference.

I have not observed that yet. I checked for the vibrations and rattle noises and drove upto 85-90mph and nothing. I will check on it later today and keep you posted. Anything else to look for?

Thanks, yes in CA, we can get a cashier's check. We just need to upfront send a copy of it to an email provided in the text messages.

Also, I should add, the partial payment (loan) has been ACH'ed to Tesla. I think I would do a cashier's check by tomorrow morning and send them a copy. We need to send them a copy of the Trace by tomorrow. Plan to send them a copy of the cashier's check as well.

Now, the last 8 days, my EDD has moved 2 days forward everytime I hit the start of the window. So, its moved 4 times in 8 days, symmetrically 2 days out start of window and 2 days...

FWIW thought I would put it out here for folks to know. Even changing FSD on your order is a change order that affects pricing on the car to the new price +10k. Stick to your original order 👍

Asking this here one more time. I have FSD on my build but I would like to remove it as I dont think I would use it much, especially with the subscription model being available now. Having said that, would I incur the 10k price difference if I change the FSD on the build. Especially because...
