Can someone please help - car is in service and app won't load service messages - gives error

Instrument cluster black when getting in car; then finally boots up (I do have some of the "leaking/bubbling" behind screen)
Little bit worried I'll be stranded at some point. I have a (new to me) 2015 P85D with only 38K miles. The instrument cluster has the bubbles behind it and I can see those bubbles are leaking a bit at the bottom (where they're leaking to, I don't know, somewhere behind the cluster I guess)... -

Sooo Tesla service said my quote was ready. I approved. Then it went back to "preparing quote."
Anybody have this happen to them before? Said my repair was $90. Cool! I clicked approve. It went onto the next step and said they were ready for my date. Later in the day, when I went to send them a message with a question about something, I noticed that it was gone and back to Step 1. 😏😒 -

Anybody know if the emmc recall has them putting in MCU2? Or are they just replacing it with the same MCU1?
Curious if they are upgrading the car's emmc recall with the MCU2 from Intel or if they're just replacing it with the same exact thing (which can then be prone to failure, yet again). (Plus it would be nice to get the new features on my '15) -

Weird crackling sound from steering wheel
