Sooo Tesla service said my quote was ready. I approved. Then it went back to "preparing quote."

Anybody have this happen to them before?

Said my repair was $90. Cool! I clicked approve. It went onto the next step and said they were ready for my date.

Later in the day, when I went to send them a message with a question about something, I noticed that it was gone and back to Step 1.

It did happen to me. when i texted they emailed me the quote. it should be there.
