I've had mine replaced at 2 years under warranty as the power strut flew off its fixing very nearly cracking tbe rear screen

I have logged a service request with tesla as i suspect my similar issues are to do with the recent change in tesla's mobile service provider which is stopping octopus from communicating with the car to wake it up to charge as well as the tesla app not connecting to the car.

So i have a M3 SR+ 2021 with IO V4.9 app , Hypervolt 2 charger, Android tesla app 4.28.1. Car is on 2023.44.30.5.1. IO failed to charge the car last night although it did set a charge map (including a revised map after failing to charge at its first slot).

Seems to be a widespread issue. I started this thread, thought it was solved with the last software update but alas I am back where it started with IO useless! Anybody had success via a service request to Tesla?

I had this issue last week but seems to have resolved itself since the latest software 44.30.4 down load

Just wondered if I have a local issue or if others in the UK are having the same issue currently. The last 2 nights Octopus IO has not been able to charge the car as well as me not being able to wake the car via the app. Thanks

Where did you order from? The tesla website is not offering 0% finance and does not have the option of ordering the LR RWD model any more....

Seems likely to be a Tesla cock up then. Thanks to all for your responses. Now to contact Tesla and see what they say......

Just had a message in my Tesla app stating that I have missing billing details for Tesla charging, yet my details are all correct. Anybody else have this message? I have not used a supercharger for a couple of months and cannot see any reason for the message. Did think it might be a scammer...

Interesting to note that if you order a lr rwd m3 from inventory the pcp finance is at 0% and has no final payment so in effect you are getting a 0% loan over 4 years, but if you select the tesla loan option it charges you 7.9%! Go figure.....

Happened to me yesterday. I asked to switch to the gas tracker and leave my IO as is. Currently waiting for them to respond.

Definitely works with Hypervolt if you have a compatible vehicle e.g. a Tesla ....which is my set up!

Another Place at Ullswater has a Tesla Destination Charger. Nice hotel if you are interested in activities as well as walking and driving through some spectacular scenery.

Happened to me too. I have not tried the language change trick but it will load Netflix etc by voice command (also a tip from elsewhere on the forum)

I had an issue with the passenger seat cover which began to ripple. Tesla replaced the cover (rather the the whole seat) under warrenty with no argument. Hope you get a similar outcome

I have been having a few issues connecting my Hypervolt Charger plug as mentioned in other posts. The car tries to lock the plug but it takes several attempts (4 or 5) before it locks on. Once locked it charges with no problem. I raised the issue with Hypervolt who said that the issue is...

Picked mine up on 4th sept with 35% Soc.

My M3 sr+ collected 4th Sept also seems fine with my Hypervolt. Just have ensure the cable plug is pushed firmly in place.
