They did not give me a part number. I am pretty sure they will replace the yoke for you. Possibly even for a round wheel if you ask. At least they offered this to me.

Spoke with my local advisor yesterday and the "new" yoke with improved material was delayed again until late October.

mine usually happens when i am turning uphill or downhill. it sounds just like the audio you posted. my S car has also developed this creaking and it drives me nuts. have you gotten yours fixed or do you know what is causing the creak?

not worth replacing the windshield. this is the way the windshields are on the model S, sadly. i replaced the windshield on my 21' S refresh... they messed up the car's seals and created more problems and headaches. It got so bad I had to sell that car and I got a 22' Model S and the windshield...

yes, the very loose plastic cover underneath the tilting display. wtf tesla. seriously, like how are you going to design a loose plastic cover without realizing the rattles it will produce.

im just on the spotify app in the car, no bluetooth. i just don't remember noticing this much distortion on the high frequencies on my 21' refresh S (previous car) compared to my 22' S perhaps ill try tidal and see if it's actually a file quality issue rather than hardware related

exactly. i can't seem to pinpoint where it is coming from. i was able to pinpoint one rattle and it came from the front windshield camera housing/rear view mirror, but still looking for the dashboard one

i am having this same rattle... it's slight but still noticeable. it seems to come from behind the yoke or somewhere there of. i wish someone has figured it out yet :/

i owned the 21' model s refresh... i do agree the headlights were a complete joke for a 100k+ car. i now own the 22' model s and those are a world of a difference, much better suited for a car at this price point.

i realized i had 4 scratches on my windshield a bit after delivery. now i can't unsee the scratches, but i refuse to replace the windshield because i am scared they will mess up the seals and will introduce wind noise if i go in that direction -_-

ALWAYS check for scratches on your windshield :)

this is very true... sometimes i would advise not to even schedule a service appointment for small imperfections because they ALWAYS end up breaking or damaging or making something else worse!

if they have to overlap it like that on an easy window… my guess is that it is an unprofessional job. or he was just lazy and took an easy way out. don’t know much about tint, but I have never seen this before. I’d definitely take it elsewhere

Hi guys, Yes, I am planning on first having Tesla body shop fix the issues (this is a local body shop they outsource to for all their paint needs). I trust them much more than the amature that polished my car in the dark.
