My hope is my concern will be forward on to the correct team at Tesla. Both Service and Support haven't offered any solution or ETA. The issue has been going on for years and simply using a work around everyday so you can listen to audio in your car is frustrating to say the least.

I have had this issue for years. Opened service tickets too. The issue may have been recently fixed with the holiday update but I am still testing.

Might be too soon, but for the past few drives I did after the update it appears Spotify is now correctly updating the hourly podcasts. Will need a few more days to know for sure.

I haven't had any issues with billing, but I suspect if you call their support number they can help you out. You can get the support number when viewing the service section in the car.

Make sure you change this setting on all driver profiles. Had similar issue and found that my wife’s profile was not set. Once I changed it, it resolved the issue.

If you have multiple driver profiles, be sure to go in each one and exclude Home from sentry. I had the same issue and once I did this it seemed to fix the issue. Same issue with locking your car at home - will need to make sure the settings you want are set for every driver. Hope this helps.
