Ongoing Spotify issues - follow up from Tesla

After struggling with Spotify in my Model Y since day one and reporting the issue multiple times, I have given up trying to use it. Despite reaching out to Tesla for help, they haven't been able to resolve the problem and their response has been to use Bluetooth instead. As a result, I have switched to using TuneIn and have had no issues with playback failure.
