Did not think of the rubbing compound as a solution. I will definitely look into it. Doesn't look like any structural damage happened. Just some deep paint scraping action happening.

I just noticed this while parking back at home. Of course, I didn't have sentry mode on so I don't know what the cause was. I'm guessing somebody swipped me while getting out of a parking spot behind me. I dont know. Living in NYC, I shouldn't expect anything less... TMC, any idea what this...

Just tested this out by hooking up the PlayStation controller. I can confirm that the usb hub they’ve installed only gives power. It does not provide data connectivity. In order to use the remote I had to plug the dongle into the glovebox port.

I’m unsure about this. Since my Tesla mobile operator installed the hub with no screws, everytime I try to plug something in the usbC port slides deeper into the hole. Mind boggling that the repairman didn’t have screws for the job. Got to wait another month for that. It’s getting close to two...

Im part of the tribe that was delivered a Tesla without the usb systems working. I’m trying to access the center USB C hub unit (whatever piece they install) in the console. Does anybody know how to open this up this space? (Not the sliding door) Thanks I’m advance.

Had this experience last night in NYC. The auto high beams got activated in the middle of traffic. Weird. The wipers, in agreement, are a complete joke. Can't even use autopilot correctly without activating the windshield. On top of that, when it is slightly raining the wipers don't come on but...

I think I'm having a similar issue to yours. On mulitple occasions when I toggle to the security section on screen, I notice that the usb formatting option is greyed out. I opened the glovebox to wiggle the stick around to try and have it come back. It does. When the greyed out 'usb formating'...

I'm finding myself with the same issue. It's a battery drain plus it is not discreet (flashing lights) enough for all the movement that happens on these streets. I left it on last night only to find, the next morning, that it has been alerted by people crossing the street.

Took delivery yesterday. Great all around except I was missing my usb-c charger as well as the iPhone charging system.

Been noticing that too. some folks orders are later than mine but they receive the VIN earlier. Just like you said, frustrating. I got pushed back to the end of November and early December.
