^^^This. You’ll be hard pressed finding someone to talk to, let alone someone wanting to look at your driver’s license.

If you go to 'upgrades' in the app, look closely at the 'cold weather feature', it doesn't show the heated steering wheel option, but it does say that the heated steering wheel is included if you buy the heated seats.

I also have 2021 SR+ LFP, and was charging to 252 - 253 (in the app sometimes up to 254 - 255) but just recently it started to only charge to 249 - 250. Only have 2300 miles on the car. I level 1 charge to 100% every night, never used a super charger.

By 'scan', do you mean a picture? If I remember correctly, I just had to upload a picture of my license when I took delivery.

I have an 2021 LFP. I plug in every night (120v level 1 charging) and charge to 100% (or try to, at least). App shows between 251 and 255 miles, while the car usually says 252 or 253 miles.

Dumb question...but if you've charged just at home on a Time of Use plan, or at least mostly from home, can't you just take the total Kwh used since you got the car, and multiply by your rate? It you're on a tier plan, it may not be as accurate... Am I oversimplifying?
