Yes, 25.48p per kwhr with a 17p ish standing charge. To be honest not much different from our current tariff which is 22p per kwhr and 23p standing charge so won’t feel much difference in terms of our other usage

Anyone else getting a poor wifi signal in their car? I didn’t think i’d have any trouble as I’ve got a mesh and even a hotspot in the garage but can only just get 1 bar on the drive and that is hit and miss. Anything I am missing? Is it better to have 2.4ghz rather than 5ghz?

I’m sure I heard somewhere that the wifi antenna for the car is toward the front somewhere which might explain the signal issue when backed on to drive. I’m gonna get another mesh unit to put in the garage and hope that works. I don’t get any cellular where I am so entirely reliant on wifi.

It seems most cars as a rule are delivered with between 40-50% soc. You should be okay if you can get a supercharge on the way.

Is your delivery today? Mine was delivered at 10am this morning. Hoping the app activates tonight so I can try it out in the morning.

Great thanks. I wasn’t sure because they told me to delete app and reset password etc if it wasn’t appearing. I thought surely you don’t have to keep doing that until it activates!

Managed to get a picture. Everything looks great so far. Just waiting on the app to activate and the wifi signal isn’t great even tho I have a mesh system just above garage. Not had chance to drive it yet though so I’ll be back with an update!

Agreed, I think tesla say to plug in where possible. I guess it doesn’t drawn barely any power if you’re not using it or the app etc. Anyway will give it a go and see what happens. My wallbox app will show me how much it’s drawing anyway no doubt.

I wondered this… i have delivery on Tuesday and then i’m away for a few days (not taking car) Do I leave plugged in on driveway when away? Does it draw much power just to keep it topped up to 80% for example? I feel this is what you’re supposed to do but just wanted to get some options

I think people have said on here that they never actually got the tracking link because the driver forgot to sort it prior to leaving. Think it’s quite a common thing

Yeah, i’m of a similar opinion. Fueling an S3 for the miles I do is around £300pm anyway so comparatively it’s nothing. However, I think there’s a totally different mindset to owning an EV… In that you just want to save as much money as possible whilst enjoying the performance at the same time 🤣...

I would maybe call them… CS quite often say the sms service can sometimes be unreliable. They may say you have been scheduled a delivery but the message hasn’t gone out. I got my RN for the same spec on the 14th Sept and delivery is on the 30th Nov.
