Got the wheel installed yesterday. Material seems to be better than the yoke and this feels much more comfortable for me. Gave the yoke a try for more than a year and 14k miles. Didn't hate it, but wheel works better for me.

My service appointment got moved from 3/29 to 4/12 due to parts not been available yet. At least they gave me a 2 day heads-up on this when they messaged yesterday.

Just purchased mine, install scheduled in two weeks. Hopefully it's ready by then. Curious to hear your thoughts if you end up getting it on Monday.

It looks like MS with round steering wheels are starting to deliver now. There's a Plaid in Tacoma, WA with that option. I am waiting to make the swap when it becomes available on the site. I got mine from RPM Tesla couple of weeks ago. It was about $450 with taxes+shipping.

Took about 3 weeks for me.

It took about 5 weeks for the first update to come through for me. But, they did update to the latest build 2022.8.2.

This is the checklist most are using I think. I took this with me, but didn't really use it. I did take a good 1 hour to look over exterior/interior before accepting delivery. Having a second person with you is helpful.

Awesome! I had the PPF shop remove the license plate holder. They were going to remove it anyway and I asked them to not install it again.

Switch to Cash option for now. When the VIN is assigned, you can call and switch to financing very quickly. Switching to cash now makes your profile complete, which helps with VIN assignment (so I am told). What's your configuration?

I got mine after a month just last week when I went in for a service appointment. Day before they messaged and said it's not in stock. But, when I went it, they let me know a new shipment came in just that morning.

I am with you on that. I can't imagine what backwards system they are using to assign VINs. I would have thought if someone rejected this, they would have assigned it to orders before me, like yours. Only explanation is that they are assigning to post price increase orders first.

Also Portland delivery with same spec. I was updated to EOQ this morning. It's unreal so many orders from early-mid 2021 are still waiting for delivery. I can't even complain of all the EDD changes when you all are still waiting. 😂

There have been several W/W configs on the LR thread that ordered around same time frame as you and they recently got VIN. Hope you will get it soon. The stringing us along part really sucks. If they were upfront and said, it's going to be 9 months from order date, then we all can prepare...

Yep, anything short of an actual VIN should be taken with a huge grain of salt. In some cases, even a VIN doesn't tell you much until you have the car in your driveway. 😅

Have you called the main line yet? I am entering my EDD tomorrow and curious how yours will move.

I think most west coast orders will see this update soon where we are pushed out to end of quarter again. I too had the 12/29 - 12/31 and prior to that a 2 week range in December. I hope I am included in the Q1 batch and not pushed to end of Q2. 😕

Trying to be positive here, but that sucks. You have been waiting for so long now. We have the exact EDD now somehow even with my order been 3.5 months later. I wouldn't mind if they were upfront and said expect the car in some month way down the road, instead of stringing us along week by week.

Whoa, that's a pretty quick turnaround compared to most. Could be the 21" that did the trick for ya. Most here I see have 19" it looks like.
