Just had a quick chat with Octopus, there seems to be an issue onboarding Teslas so you can't add one in the app at the moment. No ETA on a fix but they are aware of it.

Weird, I'm trying to re authenticate my car and I don't have anything like that appear. I enter my email, password and authentication code in the Tesla login – then the Octopus app complains and says they can't pull up my information at the moment.

Will try that, although I'm currently in an endless "Uh oh, we can't get your information" loop after disconnecting the car again in the Octopus app and trying to re-add it. Just doesn't let me me add it anymore :/

Yea I would imagine that's the case as 5G doesn't travel as far as 2G does. See if you can get a WiFi extender nearer the car?

Did they come with protective tape on them? Seen some reviews of other third party mudflaps that look the same, customers noticed paint had rubbed off when they took them off.

Mine had scratches all over it, looked rough. Also had a "camera obstructed" warning come up on that pillar when I was driving at night, not sure if it's related as I haven't been out since taking the protective film off but possible it interferes with the cameras visibility.

For anyone who has collected recently, might want to double check the exterior b pillar where the side cameras are for protective plastic, noticed mine still had it on the drivers side. This video shows what to look for and how to remove it:

I ordered before you (12th September) but have written confirmation my car will have new battery, heated rear seats and heated wheel. I think as others have said you'll get a different answer depending on who you talk to which doesn't help.

Interested to know what the charge limit is for other SR+ collections in Q4. Mine is about 275 miles at the moment when set to 100%, does that suggest I have the new battery or old one?

Heard back from my accountant: Sounds like having your personal card linked for supercharging payments and then claiming back business mileage is the way to go.

I didn't offer it, just asked if he knew the name of the ship it was on. This was on 28th October so perhaps it's changed but he was very specific about the VIN I had been assigned being on that ship and my VIN hasn't changed since.

Just done this and the spec that comes back exactly matches the spec at the time I ordered. This also matches up with what I've been told i.e. don't expect increased range or different 0-60, you'll get the spec you ordered at the time.

Are there any obvious ships heading to Southampton that will be delivering Q4 cars? I know there are a couple that will be delivering the odd Q3 order as we had a flurry of VIN assignments last week (or week before?). I ordered on 12th September and being told delivery is expecting in December...

Told the same as well, early December delivery now. Was November when I asked on Monday. For reference I ordered an SR+ (Midnight Silver, Black Interior, 18" Aero Wheels) on 12th September.

Same spec as yours but I ordered 4 days later, hopefully we're getting an update soon :)
