Just letting people know to check their VIN vs Trim Level.

So I saw online that Model X are getting assigned wrong Trim levels associated with the VIN. I just checked my VIN and it comes back as a Plaid and I didnt order a Plaid. I know I am not getting a free Plaid. makes a $9 difference on insurance.

Tesla has said numerous times if you get the basic white with no upgrades you are at the lowest que and slowest to get a car.

Just picked mine up - Absolutely FLAWLESS car. It drives so much different than the Model 3, but still an amazing car.

They will not tell you anything until you get a VIN. Once you get a Vin all they will tell you is that it is in transit. Once it gets close, they will schedule a delivery date and time.

there are a lot of people that have said if you ordered White, black interior, 5 seat, standard wheels you are in the bottom of the barrel on getting a car, plus I think that has the longest wait list. You have to do a paint upgrade to get moved up the list. I dont know if thats true.
