nope - ordered and completed profile within 24 hours, set as cash option, and have never been offered a VIN even if I had wanted to hold or decline

compare tax rates between your house and Renton. if you pick up, you pay Renton tax. if they deliver, you pay home tax. it can make a real difference.

Seattle MYLR... I have been tracking in my sig with a ton of updates so far and I'm assuming many more to come before delivery. Maybe Mar, maybe Aug, there's just no way to tell.

I think they just have a block of corp-issued phones. the two SAs I've talked to in Seattle both have 510 area codes (East Bay CA incl. Fremont)

My EDD was as early as Mar, now out to July for the last few days... Ugh-ing along with the rest of y'all.

My utility has a rebate, but it requires Energy star cert, and Energy star requires a J1772 connector. Until (hah!) ES changes their tune, no rebates for the TWC :(

Curious - is there any advantage to dealership pickup? I had figured on doing home delivery but am also just a couple miles from the Lynnwood one

Credit scores impacted insurance until this year, and now they can't be considered. Benefit to those on the low end, increases to those with stellar credit. Nice work on your driving record!!

I ordered MYLR with 20" wheels on 11/14, was originally given a June EDD. Now it's Mar12-Apr9... we'll see where else it bounces around. What does this community think the long-lead items are? Gemini wheels and tow hitch? I didn't order either. Happy to have a 2022 delivery though - will see...

that's exactly what my sales advisor suggested. no need for them to keep pinging your credit report between now and delivery. Pick Cash now, and update later if you need.

Resurrecting an old post, but sharing this... sec 625.17 of the NEC caps the cable length from EVSE to car at 25'. You might not find much in the way of extensions.
