Amazingly VIN just came through 168xxx for Richmond, VA - Have no way to confirm AMD ahead of time.

I’m not sure there’s any evidence AMD is starting to deliver in Model 3’s.. only confirmations I’m seeing are in Y’s

Verified with someone at dealer that the VIN = 154xxx M3LR I received yesterday has a birthdate of Jan 12th with Atom processor and unable to verify 12V upgrade.

Received VIN Jan. 11th .. what are the chances getting the AMD? I can place on hold one last time and bump to Feb 12th..

Not looking for debate on if bill passes or not… What I’d really like to understand is if destination is considered part of MSRP thus exceeding $55,000 for my configuration. Don’t really want to change wheels just to meet hypothetical scenario, but probably will just to be covered.

Hypothetical question... Not asking if bill will pass and when.. Want to know under current language does the $55,000 limit for a sedan (model 3 in my case) include destination charges? M3LR+Paint+19" Wheels+ White interior= $54,490... With Destination charge ($1,200) + Order fee ($250) grand...
