I’ve noticed that sentry mode in my 2021 MY isn’t picking up movement near the car like it did when I first got it. I don’t have events when I get back to the vehicle when I should. Not sure what’s causing this. Anyone else having this issue?

I tried to set up a mobile service appointment to have home link installed through the app. Tesla contacted me to tell me that they cannot do it via mobile service so I had to bring it to one of their centers. I was wondering if this is something new? I know in the past it was done via mobile.

So I was able to get some information from Tesla Service. They stated that the first update has to come from the factory (not sure why but ok) and that it can take up to 3 months to get the first update. They also stated that if I hadn’t gotten an update by the end of January to make another...

Seems to be a common issue here..Currently on 2021.35.102. Picked up my MYLR on 10/31. There’s been no update since, I chatted with support a couple days ago they said they did a “couple things on their end” but nothing as of yet. :(
