My experience with my 2 new Tesla in 2021 and 2022 are the exact opposite of what you said. They basically said everything is within spec and it is a characteristic of these 6 figure cars. Every one is built like this and they said I won’t be able to find two identical cars in their garage..

The car has been sleeping for the past two nights and it didn’t help.

My update stock at 8% when downloading. After that I rebooted the car by pressing both scroll wheels. Now my car is not getting the update any more. It says my SW is up to date, but there is still a green error pointing down at my status bar. In my Tesla app, it still says downloading at 8%...
