    2018 Model S in Freezing weather - car broke down and locked everyone in the car

    Window could not go down, front trunk locked, glove box locked. Doors would not open from inside or outside. Freezing cold in the car as we had to leave the passenger door open once we got it to open. Only saving grace is that there was no snow storm that day. Waiting to hear back explanation...

    We were not aware as no one explained that to us. When you buy a BMW or Porsche a technical rep spends time with you to show you everything in your car. Not the same with tesla. We could not access the owner's manual as the glove box was locked as well. When we looked later it was not mentioned...

    Car broke down on the 395 heading back from Mammoth to the Bay Area. Message on the screen read "reduced power". We had 166 charge when we got this message. After powering the car on and off and doing the hard reboot - the car completely broke down and locked us in. Could not get out of the car...

    Windows freezing and not being able to get in and out of our Model Y

    we had a similar experience with our model S. No explanation as to why this would happen in a model S. We were stranded on the freeway with no cell service and doors that could not open from the inside or outside. Had to crawl out of the trunk.

    AC Compressor stopped working in cold weather

    Has anyone else in the Sierra Nevada area this week experienced the cabin heater not working in the car? We had a nightmare 22 hour long drive with no heat in the freezing weather. Car has only 8000 miles on it.
