You can disable it in the settings so no issue. For me it's just easier to leave the phone in the car. You can install the tesla app on your wifes phone which will prevent it locking.

Correct. It will not lock the car but when you leave the car and enter again you have to enter the pin again even when the phone is in the car. I have the pin on my model 3 purely for safety. My son and his friends play netflix, YouTube etc when I take them to football training and they wait...

For the people waiting for a VIN. I have been allocated a collection date of the 19th and have had Tesla reps call/email me a few times to sort out trade in etc. I have not yet been given a VIN and have been assured its nothing to worry about.

No they will not fit as the PCD is different. You would have to sell and buy a different set. The tyre size would make the rolling radius difference through the speedo out.
