I would rather suggest to call and set it up. For some, Tesla did not reach out after VIN assignment and those folks had to rush through rest of the process (external financing etc.)

They will but also depends on how many other folks are picking up their cars. I would recommend you to watch few videos in "Learn" section of the Tesla app. YouTube got tonnes, so definitely recommend watching 1-2. It is not that different but not entirely same as an ICE vehicle.

Same. VIN was assigned on 04/25 with delivery scheduled for 04/30. Received an email regarding parts hold on 04/26. Delivery advisors have no idea when the there would be an update. Keep saying that we will reach out once the car is ready. Worst experience ever.

Unsure about that. I financed with DCU for 1.99 and had them send the check home. Loan shows as started online. I have not made the downpayment yet to Tesla. I really hope it does not take them another 20 days. I will be super pissed (More than I am already, I guess).
