Weirdly, it was fine when I left my house but as I got closer to the city and my 4G reception improves, the map disappeared completely. This view is after zooming out and back in, but you can't see anything.

I had to use my wifes iphone to get the subscription upgrade to appear in the app in the end. Still nothing in the android version.
