Summons will not work to get my 2022 mslr in or out of my garage. Is this normal? Would appreciate any suggestions on how to use summons.

My MS 2022 will notify me that it will stop for oncoming traffic light unless I accelerate. If I don’t accelerate, it will stop even if traffic light is green. But, if there is a car ahead of me, it will not stop at gree light…it will follow the car in front through the light. Is this Normal?
