For Nov 2021 orders, is profile completion date still a factor in EDD??

We have the same OD and same config but EDD is stuck in Aug16-Sep27.

MSM MYLR 7 OD 11/14. EDD has been everywhere. Current EDD is Sep 6- Nov 1. Should I change color to Blue or Black to move EDD forward??
