In my experience, that is BMW. The few Mercedes I’ve looked to buy in the past (ML63, E63) the lease numbers were crazy high. BMW has historically offered an advantage leasing with inflated residual values.

It’s even worse on the 21s. It’s a shame Tesla doesn’t know how fo fix it

Vibrations, inner tire wear on 21s that have never been fixed, non-functional automatic windshield wipers, poor build quality. Those issues are inexcusable

All the Tesla fan boys here prob won’t see your point of view. They plop down $98k on a new Model S, and have a 6 hour checklist to go though to see if the car is even acceptable to buy.

After owning both, I think the real difference is the suspension. Porsches is way better. The ride is very smooth and comfortable, yet sporty. My Taycan rides waaaaay better than my Plaid. Like another galaxy better. Not just the handling. A lot quieter too. I do miss the way Spotify is arranged on the Tesla UI. CarPlay just isn’t as good.
