Network not working (MY LR 2023)

Mine went out around 8a in NorCal. We did a 2024.8.4 software update last night. Hope that’s not what blew it out.

Questions about Snow Chains for 2023 X with 20" Rims

Not sure your location but I80 near Tahoe will close before R3 so we never carry anything more than snow socks.

Also FWIW, the Oobr was too wide for us. Kid had trouble buckling herself

Booster Seats in 6 seater 2022 Model X

Here’s the Peg Perego Viaggio Flex in a ‘13 MS and ‘22 MX. It has a part that protrudes from the back of the head rest that fits rather nicely in the gap. We are on a fairly low setting for our very tall almost 7 yo, but I have included pictures at the highest level with the biggest gap for...

    Worst experience with squeak repair

Sorry to hear. Seems like this is a variable outcome by SC. I had the same issues (balloon animal rubbing sound on both FWD and squeaky dash), all of which were fixed under warranty at no cost. Similar fix too - basically insulating with felt tape. I have a 2022 refresh MX. Took 3 visits to get...

    Disney+ and Netflix

I’m on 2023.6.11 and it now seems to be fixed on the front display. But accessing D+ from the rear display persists with the logging out issue. Really bizarre as I thought it was just screen mirroring. Would suggest it is a Tesla issue though.

    Disney+ and Netflix

Have just updated to 2023.2.11 and the issue still exists

Refresh X - Erroneous Manual Door Released Used Notification

My SC confirmed the door error message was a firmware issue. Started with 2022.40 for me. Gone with 2023.2.10

    2022 Model X - Interior Noise / Rattling / Crackling

Interestingly, mine was a different fix at the SC today despite making a very similar sound. Creaking / clicking was coming from the speaker grille near the windshield. Confirmed the fix resolved the noise.

Questions about Snow Chains for 2023 X with 20" Rims

I have 20” winter tires mounted and carry 1 pair snow socks on 2022 refresh MXP. This is for trips to Tahoe.

    Disney+ and Netflix

You’re right. It was temporary unfortunately and I’m logged out again now

    Disney+ and Netflix

I've fixed the Disney+ issue on my car. I went to controls -> service -> clear browser data to wipe all of my log in. Going back to login on Disney+ this time sent a 6 digit code to my email vs. having me enter a password. So far so good...has not logged me back out yet.

Dumbest question of the year: Can the front doors ever hit the FWD?

Has never happened to us, and we are a family of 4 frequently using all doors. My kid did get her finger smashed on the b pillar by the front door closing while trying to climb into the open FWD so watch for that, but otherwise no issues to open / close whichever doors you want at once.

    Disney+ and Netflix

This is happening to me too. It used to keep me logged in, but ever since update to 2022.44.2 it logs out every time. Hoping the next update will fix it.

    2022 Model X - Interior Noise / Rattling / Crackling

I have a buddy that has had 7 service appointments to fix this noise and they have not yet been able to 😭

    2022 Model X - Interior Noise / Rattling / Crackling

Oh, I have this sound too. I thought it was the glove box. SC keeps saying “unable to replicate” and I’ve given up. Would love to know if you figure it out.

    2022 Model X - Interior Noise / Rattling / Crackling

I had the squeaking on the c pillar that sounds like someone is making a balloon animal. Took it to the SC and they tried lining with felt tape the first time but it didn’t work. 2nd time finally fixed by moving the strike plate. No charge. This was maybe 4 months after car was purchased.

Mine took almost 2 months to be delivered after I ordered.

Refreshed 2021/2022 Model X Owners Thread

I have this. SC confirmed it is a firmware issue. Oddly doesn’t happen when I push the door open button on the main screen, only on the door. Started with 2022.40 for me

Model X Plaid delivered without the 22 inch wheel covers on the wheels

They just snap in. They will scratch your wheels, so be sure you like the look before committing to putting them on.

Cyberstream winter package back in stock but something strange....

We bought these. They came with TPMS sensors included. They had to be assembled at the service center and we had to make an appointment just to pick them up.

Can I reject perfectly fine car?

The answer to this is yes. My husband rejected a car sight unseen in June because he was unexpectedly laid off. But we were then required to accept delivery of the next VIN in July, on a vehicle that had been manufactured in March. Failure to accept delivery of that VIN would have been an...

Booster Seats in 6 seater 2022 Model X

We use the Ride Safer vest for travel. It’s great and does what it’s intended for, but we find it a bit cumbersome for daily use. There’s a buckle on the vest that isn’t easy to get on/off by design. Then there are 3 connection points on the vest to hold the seat belt in place. My 6yo can do it...

    Refresh Rear HVAC?

Worked like a charm! Think it must be the Rava weight distribution not lining up with the sensors as you mentioned. I had my son sit in the chair without the car seat and he registered just fine. Much happier with default rear air on 😊

    Refresh Rear HVAC?

We also have a Nuna Rava (front facing). We haven’t found a solve yet so let me know if your work around fixes it!

Booster Seats in 6 seater 2022 Model X

We use Peg Perego Viaggio Flex in the 2nd row 6 seater (MX Plaid refresh). The lack of arm rest is what really makes it fit well and my daughter has no problem buckling. Use seat belt extenders at your own risk.

Weird buzzing sound after updating to 2022.24.6 [Fixed in 2022.36.1]

Mine has not gone away, but seems to be less loud than it was previously. It’s 34dB and sounds more like a high pitch whine intended to drive dogs crazy 🤪. Wish I measured the dB level when it first started to compare, but it was more like what OP has in the video posted. Still annoying, but...

Weird buzzing sound after updating to 2022.24.6 [Fixed in 2022.36.1]

Well this is fun. I had no issue with 2022.24 but got the glorious whining after upgrading to 2022.28. MX refresh 2022, March build.

    Refresh Rear HVAC?

Sorry 2022 refresh. I’m talking about the air that comes out of the console area over the rear seat entertainment. What determines seat occupancy? Weight? Seat belt buckling?
  35. T

    Model X 7 seater with 3 kids

Booster seats usually only function is to raise the child to leverage an otherwise adult sized seat belt. That’s why they don’t have tethers and belt attachments. The latch doesn’t do anything for you except prevent the booster from being a projectile when vacant. The way around this if no...

    Refresh Rear HVAC?

I have kids in my 2nd row (6 seat config). I find sometimes the rear HVAC turns on automatically and sometimes it doesn’t. Because it’s not consistent, I end up having to check if it’s on or not every time they ride in the car which is quite annoying. Does anyone know what logic the software is...

Is your refresh X blowing air out of the 3rd row air vents?

Mine is sync'd with the rear / 2nd row AC. Not quite as strong with the manual vents, but works as expected. I'm on 2022.20.8
