Yes the nav and voice did the turn, but the FSD did not even try, even though it had ample time and space to prepare for the fork by switching beforehand to the correct lane.

I don’t think they need to lift the car for an inspection. Unless I’m mistaken, they only lift if something needs to be repaired?

Just had my 2021 MY retrofit installed at service center. For some reason the biodefense button does not show up in the car climate control. But it does show up in my app. Anyone experience that?

No, not factory reset. That will reset everything! Use that as a last resort. Do the software reinstall from secret service mode.

Let's say hypothetically, someone in your car unleashed an extremely foul aroma... how long would it take biodefense mode to clear that out?

Not sure if wifi was required or not. But I did it just in case. As previously mentioned, if you do not have wifi just connect to a hotspot from your phone. Edit: The process took only about 15 minutes during which I heard two loud "thunk" noises. And then it said install successful.

Update: drove it out, camera recalibration completed, and everything is back to normal 😅 I went back into service mode and still see that APPw_303 error. made a service appointment just to make sure all this is documented while I’m still under warranty. I have a feeling it’s not the end of this.

These two methods are for rebooting, not to be confused with "reinstalling software" which is done in Service Mode. I've actually tried both of the two methods and they did not solve my FSD / visualization issues. Hopefully, the reinstall will -- because yeah not having that on a road trip would...

Here is a video of how to reinstall. I plan to try it later this week. Also, @KArnold said to make sure the Tesla connected to wifi beforehand, although I'm not sure why. I wonder if having premium connectivity would be sufficient, since my wifi is a bit far from the car.

They should cover it, they covered mine—but it did happen within 2 months of owning the car. Just tell them it was spontaneous. Get it done at Tesla, not 3rd party. Though it may take a while to schedule. Good luck!

Just to follow up on this… I noticed that the tire only deceases pressure when driving, but when leaving it parked the psi does not drop. So, could this mean that it is indeed the valve, or could it still be either tire or valve.
