    Mobile service availability

Hi, I made a mobile service request for interior trim but canceled immediately within minutes. Then, I tried to re-schedule another one then it wont give me mobile service option, only the physical service center with a longer wait. Is there a rule where if you cancel, you cant make a mobile...

Only one TPMS sensor update frequently?

I also want to mention that one time I used a loaner wheel. That one did not update frequently and all 4 wheels updated only after I driving. Based on that, it is that particular TPMS updates air pressure frequently. By the way. I had a flat tire for that TPMS. Not sure if that caused frequent...

Only one TPMS sensor update frequently?

Hi, there I still have the issue but it is still working. You can relax and forget about it. =) Checking through the app will trigger the pressure reading.

Late follow up but Tesla says just pay for the part, the hub cap. No labor charge.

    Using E-ZPass on M3

The same problem. They sent me an exterior one. I called back and an agent said a Tesla needs an exterior tag. Hang up and I called back and a nice lady picked up and said she would send me an interior one no problem.

    Water in trunk seal/plastic thingy

Yes, there is a recently released TSB. I had the Service Center fix the issue but still leaks a tiny bit. I am bringing it back. To check whether the repair fixed the issue, spray water on the hatch and taillamp with a garden hose then unscrew the rubber feet attached to the rear hatch. Then...

Loaner Model 3 hubcap fell off, replace?

Hi, I was driving a loaner m3 and hit a pothole. fortunately, no damage to the wheel. By the time I got home, I realized that one of wheel cover hubcaps is missing. A brand new one is only $35 with shipping so not a big deal. However, I am curious how does Tesla deal with that? Do they claim to...

Brand new 03/23 build, window roll up and back down problem

i had the same issue. Window glass was misaligned. The tech could not duplicate the issue but he disassembled the door anyway and visually verified the misalignment. 30 min fix and no issue. Calibration or mobile tech wont work. I fixed at Tesla at Smithtown NY.

    Windows KEEP rolling down

see my post above. Window glass was misaligned. Issue no longer appears. Invoice says the tech could not duplicate the issue but he disassembled the door and noticed the window glass was misaligned. It must be easy to verify visually. By the way, I noticed water leak in the rear hatch/trunk of...

My window drops a few inches with a pinch sensor error. Tesla tech said the window was misaligned and it only took 30 min to align it. Hope this helps.

Only one TPMS sensor update frequently?

Just came back from Tesla Service. Tech says nothing wrong. No TPMS alert in the system. Maybe its just software glitch? Sometimes it shows updated “6735 yrs ago” then change to “a minute ago”. I will drive more miles and report back.

Only one TPMS sensor update frequently?

Thanks everyone. For now, I will leave it as is. I am bit concerned about battery drain on that particular TPMS but I will ask a technician when I am due for tire rotations. In any event, I will update if anything changes.

Only one TPMS sensor update frequently?

thanks for your reply. The vehicle itself also shows 1 tpms is updated immediately, while 3 others are not. I was worried that the tire was leaking after patching. Since I put a new tire, I am now curious why only one TPMS is immediately updated that happened to be a new tire. Just coincidence?

Only one TPMS sensor update frequently?

Only 1 tire pressure is immediately updated upon checking using the app whereas other 3 tires show the tire pressure last updated after driving. 1 tire “a minute ago” 3 tires “12 hours ago” Its a brand new tire no issue with leaking. The tire valve is good too.

Only one TPMS sensor update frequently?

Still the same after replacing the tire. Only one wheel updates tire pressure frequently.

Yes, I was surprised with the trade in value too. Model Y would not have been affordable for me otherwise…

Regrets [Anyone regret trading in their ICE for their Tesla?]

Hi, a new model y owner here. I traded in Rav4 2019 and no regret. I got an excellent trade in value ($30,000) and happy with model y.

Only one TPMS sensor update frequently?

One of 4 TPMS sensors in the tire seems to update more frequently than other 3 sensors according to TESLA mobile app. Is it normal? That tire had a puncture and repaired if that is relevant...
