After a lot of swearing at it and beating the wall charger with a large stick I found out the previous owner of the Tesla wall box had set a schedule .. However it did give me a chance to get familiar with a SC and IONITY . Was a bit scary at the IONITY charger after 10 mins clouds of steam...

Picked up from Brent Cross was quite busy but overall all very smooth process except of a row of 20 cars mine was the only one not cleaned :mad:..The cleaning crew jumped on it reasonably fast but it was a like a quick wipe with sand paper , will be cleaning it myself later on .. Overall loving...

Oh wonderful , trade-in offer expired today 2 days before I pick up from Brent Cross , last time it took over week to get a trade-in offer processed - All they asked for was an updated odometer but worried this is going to delay collection. Anyone had this happen so close to collection date ?

Sorry did not see yours was an old post ... certainly its got better but agree far from perfect . The only advantage is that with OTT we can hope improvements will be forthcoming. I bought into EAP for my order picking up in a couple of weeks with the knowledge its not perfect but a path is...

Thanks for the info on that - Insurance were happy to use the make/model (only £90 more from my RX450h :D ) and number plate to give me a quote , and eurotunnel was able to enter the reg into the last payment page so that the ANPR works at the gates

Also it may take a couple of days for insurers websites to recognize the new plate - mine does not recognise it yet ! nor does Eurotunnel as i need to book it for our trip to france !

I suspect they have a lot to process with Glovis Summit offloading its cargo - if it does not appear in a few days I would send Tesla a text - use the same number that sent you the "welcome to the tesla family"

Logged onto my Tesla account and they are showing balance payment required- did not get a text or email but for those who have a date booked might be worth checking on your account to see if they want the money !

Does anyone know approximately how long after car delivery you get the V5C ? my EDD (now with vin) is due 18-2nd dec and I will need the V5C before we head to France as i need to apply for the Critair sticker , also to get some plates for my trailer !

Same EDD + hidden Vin . I suspect as the end of the EDD is 2nd Dec they will process trade-in on 2nd Nov or close to that date to maintain the 30 day window (tradein price only jheld for 30 days)

Interestingly after my vin dropped in source code my EED tightend up Nov 18 - Dec 2 !!!

I searched for “vin and it comes up with two entries one for the mylr and one for my trade in vehicle

Vin finder chrome extension did not work for me - found the vin manually in source code

For my EDD OF Oct 19 to Nov 3rd - Tesla said there is no way it will be Oct 19 ... for new stock they will send you a text message 4 weeks before the real delivery date ... expect this to go back to late Nov perhaps Dec ....

Telsa EDD random generator - I would not get too excited ... its changed so many times for others ... but hey we could all be wrong and they appear in a couple of weeks !!! I am only semi-excited ;)

Same here - MYLR MSM Black + Towbar - EDD just changed to Nov 20-Dec 6 to Oct-Nov ? Rather suspicously if you order a MYLR their website still claims Oct-Nov delivery !?
