Just had a mobile service tech check things out and they think the issue is gpu related. Waiting to see what next steps are but he said they’ll likely replace the car computer.

Service center reached out to me today to gather more info. Will see where it goes.

I tried uninstalling steam and doing the factory reset. Neither worked. After starting it up the first time and closing it out, it won’t open back up. Just sits on the screen with Ty he blue circle and half what circle logo screen

Took delivery of an MXP Thursday and am absolutely loving everything about with one caveat…the door unlocking. Is there anyway to set it up so ALL doors and trunk can be opened on approach? I have a family of 5 and they are constantly waiting for me to open their doors and I have to pull out...

What do you mean by factory resetting steam? The only fix I’ve tried that works is a soft reset to the cars computer (holding down both scroll wheels on steering wheel for ~10s)

I was just curious if anyone sent their wire transfer before their delivery appointment… Ideally I could have the wire sent prior to delivery but the transfer isn’t finalized until I accepted delivery. This possible?

Me personally…I’d reject the car and get assigned a new VIN. Inventory is up and manufacturing has much less of a backlog.

My vin is 383xx and is said to have HW4. Was supposed to take delivery today but due to weather in California it’s looking like 04/02/23 now.

Based on my conversations with 2 Tesla abbots and my local Tesla service center, yes.

And fail. Car won’t arrive in time. Had to reschedule for Saturday.

Contact your advisor. They should be able to tell you pretty easily

Most definitely HW4. Contact your advisor, they can tell you for sure. If they somehow don’t unite, ask the build date. Anything after 02/01/23 has HW4 and some s far back as 01/15/23 (earliest i’ve personally seen)

I want to know how Tesla-info determines hw4 in inventory. Has to be an option code or something.

Yea. But I just spoke with an advisor who discussed my vehicle with the service department while I was on the phone and they “confirmed” it has HW4. Given the back and forth, I’m still suspect but I’ll know in a week or so.

Any idea what codes they are using to confirm HW4 in inventory? I have my vin and my option codes but they don’t seem to be an indicator of HW4.

Right. It’s a game I’m willing to play. With that said, on Tesla-info I see several cars with January build dates that say they are HW4. So the information I got may be wrong. I’m double checking before canceling

Getting ready to take delivery of an MXP and was looking at the checklist. In the charging section it mentions the following adapters: CCS Adapter J1772 adapter NEMA 5–15 120v adapter Are these included with the car? Just want to know if I should expect to receive them on delivery day. Thanks!

I talked with my advisor and asked if it had HW4 and she said “Looks like it does from what we can see!” With that said, I’m still skeptical until I see it. :) She said the build date was late January.
