Did I get a rejected VIN?

With the recent price drop I decided to pull the trigger on an MXP Black/Black yesterday. Within 10 minutes I was assigned a VIN and an EDD of 03/13 to 03/22.

This morning I asked my Tesla Advisor what the build date was and she said late January. I also followed up asking if it had the HW4 computer onboard and she said “Looks like it does from what we can see!” (Though I’ll take this with a grain of salt.)

So my question is, does anyone think this is likely a rejected VIN given the build date was nearly a month and a half ago? Or do they just have extra stock lying around, hence the price drop…

I think you can first confirm whether the car has red calipers, and whether the USS is eliminated. If you know which parking lot the car is in, you can also go directly to see if it has red tint on the camera.
