I just had this Hubbel outlet installed. Can anyone confirm this is the industrial version? It doesn’t look like the copper plates run the full length of the plug inside? It’s should be the industrial version but just want to confirm.

Because summon used sensors that are 100% reliable. I suppose when FSD reaches a point where driver monitoring isn’t required, then summon could happen. But FSD will never reach that point with vision alone and nobody will be willing to risk a damaged car from using summon.

Forget ever getting back features like summon back for cars without USS. Never gonna get there with cameras alone.

I just picked up a mylr yesterday and have the booming noise over textured road. So do I return the car if there is no fix? I can’t see myself enjoying driving this car whatsoever with that booming noise present most of the time.

Agreed. They would announce they aren’t getting the full $7500 so customers don’t feel a need to delay and they meet their quarter expectations. However, Tesla is usually two steps ahead of everyone so I still have some doubts.

yup, clear the inventory out to make way for hardware 4 revision in January. Just like Tesla didn’t care if you picked up your car on the 14th and didn’t get sc miles, they won’t care you don’t have USS or radar when they launch hw4.

This extra perk is making it difficult to hold off on delivery. My concern is that I take delivery now and then mid January they release a new sensor suite with HD radar and I wouldn’t even have USS sensors.

I’d say with all the news about a new sensor suite including HD radar patent filing and a large order of 5 megapixel cameras from Samsung that this new camera “housing” is for the retrofit of a larger camera coming soon.
