Are you looking for the harness that connects the chassis to the tow bar? If so, I have one.

Anyone know where this came from?

That is known as a rivnut. It is used to put threads in a thin sheet of material. My guess is it came off the frame and was used to hold the underbody panel. Hope this helps.

    Tow hitch key

There should be a three digit code stamped on the lock mechanism (shiny silver part where the key inserts). With that code, you can order a replacement key from ebay, Amazon, etc. Hope that helps.

    Suspension links lengths

I believe the fronts are 50mm and the rears are 70mm (at least on my 2016 X90D). Hope that helps, Ken

Driver's door keeps auto closing on me

Change your key fob battery. Once you get in the car, it doesn't pick up the signal and thinks you have walked away (even though it still will allow the car to "start"). Hope that helps, Ken

05/16 build date P90D with 105 battery pack

Point of reference, my 05/16 build 90D with the "105" battery is at 230 miles (@100%). But, I have ~73k miles. Also interesting that yours has never been on a SC, yet it should have free lifetime unlimited super charging.

Range question on a 2016 MX p90d with 81k miles

I have a 90D with 73k miles, 20" wheels, 207 @ 90%, and also commute 40 miles each way (10 miles surface streets, 30 miles highway, SoCal traffic). Going to work typically takes 15-17%, going home, 19-21%, round trip about 36%. I charge to 90% and can go two days between charges. Hope this helps.
