    Where to Install Springs?

I finally found a shop in Lompoc that can do the alignment, but they will not remove the frunk; I had to take it out and then drive to the shop about 30 minutes away. So ridiculous.

    19mm versus 21mm lug nuts?

I am looking at the Bonoss locking lug nuts and they are offered in 19mm and 21mm. OEM is 21mm so I am wondering why two sizes are being offered. Is there an advantage to either. Why would a company offer two different sizes?

    19mm versus 21mm lug nuts?

I am replacing my stock lug nuts once my new Apex wheels arrive. Are there any pros and cons to using 19mm instead of 21mm?

I would like to replace my stock lug nuts with black closed ones for my Apex wheels. Are there any pros and cons in choosing a 19mm over a 21mm?

OMG, what an idiot I am! No, I did not purchase them through your website. I bought them directly from Apex. Sorry.

Vendor APEX VS-5RS & SM-10RS - The LIGHTEST Plug & Play Fully-Forged Wheels for Tesla - Authorized Dealer

I just purchased a set in 19 x 9.5. However, I did not see an option to add tires. Is this still in the works? BTW, the TPMS do not support the newer (2022+) blue tooth version needed.

Which Center Caps for Apex Anthracite Wheels?

I recently purchased a set of Apex 19 x 9.5 VS-5RS wheels in Anthracite. Does anyone have a recommendation for a color match for center caps? Thank you.

Good looking wheels! The tires look especially tall, what size are they?

Vendor APEX VS-5RS & SM-10RS - The LIGHTEST Plug & Play Fully-Forged Wheels for Tesla - Authorized Dealer

Yes, I added Unplugged Performance Moderate Lowering Springs and adjustable rear camber arms. I then had the alignment shop take out some negative camber due to premature wearing on the inside of the tires - especially in the rear. I want to run 275 because it is closer to stock diameter - stock...

Thank you both very much for the replies. My last concern is that I took out some negative camber in hopes of getting more life out of my tires. I hope this does not impact (no pun intended) the 275s fitting inside the fender. Lastly, slzeal, do you feel you gave up any "style" going down to 19"?

Sorry for the late post, but I am looking at the 275/35/19 to stay close to the original diameter on my 2022 M3P. Will these tires be too wide?

20" Uberturbine down to 19" Aftermarket Wheels - Sacrifice to Style?

I like the look of 20" wheels on my M3P - Dark Blue, but the aftermarket wheels I want (Apex VS-5RS in Satin Bronze) are not available in 20" in this color, only in 19". For those of you that have gone from 20" to 19", do you feel you have sacrificed looks/style?

Fitment Industries - BEWARE [charged restocking fee on order that was canceled and never received]

Unfortunately, I had set up automatic payments for three months interest free with Affirm. They are billing me $250 after refunding Fitment Industries the rest. Oh well, an expensive mistake I guess. Can anyone recommend another company to get a wheel and tire package? I am leaning toward Apex...

Fitment Industries - BEWARE [charged restocking fee on order that was canceled and never received]

So, I ordered a set of Aodhan wheels with Continental tires from Fitment Industries. After reading how cheaply made these wheels are, I decided to cancel my order. The reply was that I had to pay a $250 restocking fee. This, with never having received the wheels. I can see a restocking fee if I...

2023 RWD M3 lowered on Eibach Prokit, too low. Bad install or because of LFP battery? Help!

I went with Unplugged Performance Moderate Lowering Springs and am very happy with the results.

    AodHan AFF7 Center Caps

I have purchased a set of AodHan AFF7 wheels with a center bore of 60.8mm. I would like to replace the center caps with a Tesla logo cap, but I cannot seem to find a direct fit replacement. Anyone have a suggestion?

Adding My Car to Tesla Account

I finally received a copy of my registration and immediately went to the Tesla website to set up my account and ADD MY CAR. However, when I typed in my VIN, the site said, "Unable to Claim Ownership." I have the registration. I have the purchase agreement. I have the Vehicle Transfer and...

Cant activate autopilot on 2022 M3P?

I am aware of what the owner's manual says about Autopilot. However, initially, I did not have Autopilot listed on the Controls menu. I was having some issues with the computer (I would open the door and it would tell me to turn right onto Cherry Hill Road), so I did a hard boot. When the system...

Cant activate autopilot on 2022 M3P?

I just purchased a 2022 M3P. I thought that all Tesla Model 3s came with Autopilot. However, I tried to engage it today and got only a beeping warning signal. I do not see the "steering wheel" I have seen on YouTube presentations. Is this a feature I have to buy or pay a subscription for?

    Where to Install Springs?

I recently purchased a 2022 M3P and, after talking to a tech support person at Unplugged, ordered a set of moderate lowering springs. For the past several years, I have had all my suspension work done at my local (Santa Maria, CA) Big Brand Tire store. When I asked if they could install my...

Will H&R springs work with stock dampers?

Indeed. I asked for a recommendation from H&R and was told there is not currently a matching set of shocks and struts for the Tesla with their springs. When I added H&R springs to my BMW coupe, there were Bilstein shocks and struts available and recommended to pair with their springs.
  28. E

Will H&R springs work with stock dampers?

Thanks for the information. I am not looking for performance as much as looks, but my fear is that the H&R springs will cause premature failure of the stock dampeners. I received an email from an H&R representative when asked about this potential issue, and he said their springs are made to work...

Will H&R springs work with stock dampers?

Will H&R springs work with (or cause premature wear of) stock dampers? I added H&R springs to my BMW 328i coupe, but it was recommended I replace the stock dampers with Bilstein shocks and struts. I'm wondering if the same recommendation applies to my Tesla M3P.

    M3SR+ LFP lowering springs?

I am curious if the manufacturer or performance suspension experts would recommend upgrading the shocks and/or struts when adding lowering springs? I had to upgrade my shocks and struts when adding lowering springs to my BMW Coupe, due to the possible decrease in reliability/longevity of the...

New Owner greeting + Tire/wheel help (again, I'm sorry!)

Personally, I don't understand the preference for 18" wheels on a performance car this size. IMHO, the 18s look like training wheels or the wheels on mid-sixties Impala low riders. The absolute smallest wheel that looks "right" for these cars is 19". There are even 20" wheels in the 19 pound...

    "T" Emblems

Since I am not a fan of plastic (overlays especially), is it possible (maybe from Tesla) to get matte black emblems that are metal? Or, is there a clean way to paint them?

    "T" Emblems

Hello, I just purchased a (used) 2022 Model 3 Performance which is scheduled to be delivered next weekend, January 7, 2023. I have a newby question about the car's "T" emblems. Are they all the same size, including the steering wheel? I did a search, but did not see this covered. Any...
