The rumours are that VIN is assigned normally shortly before a ship arrives at the Suez. That would tally with the ship arriving on 14th March.

With the arrival of Grand New Jersey now being 14th March.. earliest I could collect was 15th so this may coincide, rather than GLOVIS SUNRISE stopping at Southampton first?

Perhaps similar to mine. Got my VIN on 3rd Feb but by delivery is 15th March at Birmingham... It must just be taking a while to unload our cars and get them to where needed.

Yes you are right. Registration plate came on the 10th Feb. Would happily take early delivery but they have said 15th March is the earliest... Unless it's right at the back of the boat and there are plenty of people ahead of me booked in for collection! Either way, I think I am perhaps over...

Sounds a very similar situation to me then... Perhaps it takes a few weeks for certain cars to be dished out to their respective collection areas? I find it odd that if the collection dates were likely to be pushed back, that Tesla would have let me move my collection date earlier and earlier...

Yes that's all very true, makes a lot of sense. Mine definitely seems an odd one - delivery is 18th March at the NEC following an order on 3rd Feb. VIN assigned straight away and got my reg sent via text on the 10th Feb. So either it has arrived on the Grand Mark and has a very long wait time...

Morning everyone I placed an order for a Model 3 RWD at the end of Feb when the APR was still at 3.9%. Deposit placed etc and matched with a VIN and registration plate is now assigned with a delivery of 24th March. I've seen a lot of talk about the APR going back up to 7.9%. Offices are closed...

Morning all, just registered for the forum, really useful stuff. I ordered on 1st Feb, VIN was assigned straight away. I was offered delivery from 18th March and booked a slot for the 24th March at the NEC. M3RWD in white - I am guessing this may not be on the Grand Mark as it's a little late...
