I would imagine there's quite a bit of differences, or uniqueness, between them. One is running an Android OS with apps support. I imagine a Linux subsystem is quite a bit 'simpler' than Android, hence the cost difference. If it wasn't for the Android version's SIM card support, I wouldve saved...

Yup. I had two other Hansshow displays that showed it that way. Not this one, though. Also, still don't know where/how to install SIM card.

Yeah, I noticed that on mine also. I can't get the version info. In their two other screens that I owned you just hold the right scroll wheel, left I believe, and it displays the version. I can't get it to display on this one though.

Are both of those for the Android version or the plain Linux one?

This would be good info. It has two slots on the side where it looks like a SIM card would go, but the display doesn’t pick it up. @Hansshow

Do you think that could be the holdup? I'd check and see if you may have locked out your car in the WC settings. Also see if you're getting 120 volts x 2 (plus ground) in your system details screen.

Actually, isn't it supposed to attach right behind the front bumper next to where the radar is/would be?

I think there are mixed experiences with that. Some people (and Tesla) say the easiest is just to pull from in front on the fender. Other have had to pull the fender liner out. I tried option A. It basically crumbled to pieces to remove.

I think the only issue is the placement of the "OBD" port.

As @Darwood77 mentioned. I believe the only reason to upgrade to the 'E' cameras is the reduced signal glare.

I completely agree with you. There are definitely a few 'quirks' in the @Hansshow 6.8' screen, which I have adressed with them (don't think anything will be done) but otherwise I think its great.
