You just park like any other car? This is one of the most vague posts ever lol. Use the park assist if you're having that much trouble. Reversing is definitely easier to park than driving forward.

Yea I think 20s look great on the Model Y, but I've also grown to like the 19" with fat tires on the Model Y too.

For sure. I wasn't really a huge fan of the modular style until I saw BC Forged's selection. All the color options are a nice treat too.

You're fine. Service Center actually told me to adjust the headlights myself so I wouldn't get charged for it.

I test drove both and honestly didn't notice much difference in comfort between the MYP and MYLR 20". Can't comment on 19". I was driving over really bad roads with potholes.

Unfortunately I don't have a jack. I did try and turn the wheel and it might be doable depending upon how big the tools are to insert the plug. I have right angle drivers that the screwdriver wouldn't be an issue.

I guess i can see how exposed it is when i turn my wheels to the left but I was guessing it was too far inside that I wouldn’t be able ti access it without removing the wheel. But also if it’s only $15 to plug it I don’t mind just paying it for convenience.

Ahh, thanks. Plugs aren't considered a permanent fix though right? Would still eventually need to get a replacement tire? I'm only at 7.7k miles so there's so much life left in all these tires :( It's a super slow leak, I only reinflate like once a month.

Didn't think I would like those but they actually look solid on the car. Curious what the weight is.

I spent some time searching wheels, and BC Forged seemed to have the best combination of price and weight. I didn't end up making the purchase, but I think I may when it comes time for next winter.

That's really impressive to hear. So sounds like the reduction in weight is outweighing the cons of less aerodynamic wheels.

The design of the wheel. I've seen a few posts reporting that the 19" aftermarket wheels don't net too much benefit compared to stock Tesla 20" or 21" wheels despite the reduced weight.

Ahh yea that is what I was worried about. I want to downsize to 19" wheels for efficiency but it seems like the aerodynamics on the 19" are quite a bit worse that it will negate that benefit. Will still downsize for the other benefits like curb protection and comfort though.

Gotcha. The Aodhans looked great, but I wasn't sure how the finish would hold up to the winters here. If the BC Forged end up being out of my price range I may settle for those or maybe some flow Avant Gardes.

Just heard back from BC Forged and the load rating for a 19” 5x114.3 wheel is 1825lb!

What did you end up going with? So few of these big manufacturers are actually posting their load ratings. I’m currently looking at BC Forged now.
