My 2023 Model 3 windshield was hit by a small stone and cracks to 13 inch long. Tesla will charge me for $1466 total. They told me that only they can replace it because the Tesla windshield is not sold to any thirt party. Replacement by a thirt party may void warranty on the vehicle. Is it true?

One more question: Is it possible that the charging station out of service? Then I will be stranded there.

I have tried three different brands of roof sunshades, hoping to block some heat for my 2023 Model 3. However, all of them have issues, expecially the real shade: gaps and sliding off, etc. Does anyone of you find one that fits and can stay? If yes, please share the brand or purchase link. Thanks
