You are welcome. From the pic I believe they are summer tires but you can look to be sure. I have all season and haven’t had any snow yet but am a bit anxious as well, however in Iowa I don’t I highly doubt I will need snow tires. Time will tell.

That is a summer tire. No idea if you need a winter tire or not but it appears you have the worst possible tire for those conditions

The energy screen showing the last 30 miles of consumption is a nice screen. Seems to calculate how I have been driving and apply to battery percentage. Noticed when I baby it the estimate is higher than main screen and vice/versus. As other have said I think this is a little more accurate.

You won't see it until you purchase the vehicle. It is listed under "Upgrades" on your app. I just checked and mine still offers it.

I didn't ask them if they would actually cut me a check. They've been good with it and the body shop has been terrific. I would like to put money towards fixing/improving the vehicle.

Update. I have two options. Repaint the vehicle at Tesla's expense or put the money towards PPF, which case I may have to kick in a few hundred dollars to cover extra areas. Seems like a no brainer to do the PPF. Anything I am missing?

Out of curiosity what happens if it isn’t torqued to spec? I “assume” my electrician did it right but I don’t know. Is the torque specific to Tesla? Thanks

Dumb question. If I switch to winter tires and we don’t get much snow, is the ride still ok? In Des Moines and sometimes we have snow and other times I have weeks of dry pavement. Don’t feel like I need anything more than a all season tire but open to ideas

Agree on back to back test drive. We actually found the LR to have a better ride however the difference didn't seem to be much. I wanted 19" tires so LR was winner.

Yep it’s under the clear coat. They have to repaint hood and front fenders to blend it..

Mine runs through 3-5 ft of insulation and then conduit. All inside. All dry. Less than 20 Ft. Going to swap to 50 Amp breaker. Thanks again

This is a very helpful summary, thank you. I don’t think I will have him pull new wire. Just replace with 50 amp. Model Y charges fast enough as is and even though he messed up, I like him and want to be fair. Feel a ton better and can finally get some sleep. Thank you!!!

As soon as I typed this I got in! Changed the breaker to a 50 amp so it maxed out 40 amp output. Thanks again.

If I switch to 50 Amp with 6/3 Romex I’ll only draw 40 Amps. Won’t this solve my problem?

So keep the 60 amp breaker but change to 40 amp charge and then I’m good? Sorry for all of the questions.
