I can answer this part from my experience and that is NO they will not. They have the lookup thingy and they will only do what the lookup thingy says.

I get your point but then they have to price it appropriately, meaning the base with out it should be cheaper but it's priced same as cars that have all the stuff. But even there I guess you can argue which car sets it should be compared to.
