Model 3 Highland - Slow puncture / Replacement tyre

Thank you. I agree the leasing company will not mind. My thoughts were that I should try and go for the tried and tested specified OEM tyre for maximum range etc. Hence the question.

Model 3 Highland - Slow puncture / Replacement tyre

The leasing company will only replace the single tyre with the slow puncture. Therefore, I thought I should stick with the OEM tyre to match the others and leave the car as close to factory spec as possible. Additionally, I thought the OEM tyre would be the tried and tested tyre for maximum...

Model 3 Highland - Slow puncture / Replacement tyre

I have a slow puncture on one of my tyres (after doing 3500 miles) and the leasing company are organising a replacement through either ATS or Kwik Fit. Ideally, I want a like for like replacement. The tyre that needs replacing is a MICHELIN E PRIMACY ST ACOUSTIC T2 - 235/45R18 98V XL TL. The...

What company car fuel card does everyone use (AllStar doesn’t have access to Tesla SC)?

Thanks all. All very helpful. It’s only my first car through my employer, never mind having an e-fuel card. Therefore I hadn’t realised there were complexities in terms of where / if efuel cards will actually work. @xreyuk would you know if there is a better map to use to work out which...

What company car fuel card does everyone use (AllStar doesn’t have access to Tesla SC)?

Thank you @Oxid8ter . I’ve reached out to Allstar on X / Twitter to see if they expect to add the Tesla Superchargers soon. Otherwise I’ll have to speak to the procurement team to see if they can provide an alternative card. I think without Supercharger access, the Tesla experience won’t be...

What company car fuel card does everyone use (AllStar doesn’t have access to Tesla SC)?

Hi all - I am picking up my Tesla Model 3 Highland next week (ordered through employer). I have been issued an AllStar electric fuel card by my employer. I have just looked into the charger map (Zapp) this gives access to and it doesn't include Tesla Superchargers (which is annoying). Does...

[UK] 2024 Order to Delivery discussion

I finally have a VIN and registration number for my white SR M3. It took about 6 phone calls (3 to Tesla and 3 to Arval). Each time they mentioned they were waiting for the other party. Not sure what did the trick but this morning I received the VIN and registration. The app has also updated...

[UK] 2024 Order to Delivery discussion

Thanks @tommy8884@gmai I called the lease company again. They insist that Tesla is wrong and they don’t give authorisation until a VIN is issued. At least they have offered to email Tesla. I am hoping this connects the dots.

[UK] 2024 Order to Delivery discussion

Thanks @Oxid8ter I spoke to Tesla about my white M3 SR order and they mentioned that they are awaiting authorisation from the leasing company (Arval) before they can match a vehicle. I spoke to the leasing company and they advised that they are only able to provide final authorisation once a...

[UK] 2024 Order to Delivery discussion

I ordered my M3H RWD thorough my employer’s contracted leasing company. I have been given access to the Tesla app which shows me my order. Any suggestions for the best way to contact Tesla for an order update?

[UK] 2024 Order to Delivery discussion

I ordered a white RW M3H on 22 December. On the app, I used to have a delivery window of January - February but the date seems to now have disappeared.

[UK] 2023 Orders to Delivery for M3 and MY and personal shipping related questions

Thank you @MezzaDM It was just that there was no mention of it being the M3H - hence the doubt.

[UK] 2023 Orders to Delivery for M3 and MY and personal shipping related questions

I ordered a Model 3 earlier this week using a company car provider (everything standard). I received a confirmation from Tesla that the car has been ordered with an estimated delivery date of Jan - Feb 2024. Is there anyway to confirm it is in fact the M3H?
