I've been with NRMA for years and never had a problem with Motorserve repairs. Just cautious because Motorserve are not on Tesla's approved body-repair list, but you can't choose repairer and their only options in the ACT are motorserve.

I'm looking at Rollin now for my new Highland. Only thing I'm concerned about is their repairer list here in the ACT is Motorserve Fyshwick & Motorserve Mitchell. Do you know if they repair Tesla's at all? Can't seem to find anything and their PDS is a bit vague

The thing that stopped me is their NL package comes with comprehensive insurance with GT Insurance. Underwritten by Allianz, but I’ve never heard of them. Their PDS was almost too good to be true with excess free windscreen, hire car and choice of repairer. All for $1600 a year. In hindsight...

Interesting! I'll give them a chance to change it back to the original quote.. otherwise I'll swap back to another company that was very competitive at the start. Don't need these sly tactics drawing from the excitement of upcoming delivery

Finally got sent all of my NL & finance paperwork. They've increased the lease payment so it's not in line with the quote. Anyone had anything similar recently?
