Definitely the tire size causing the problem, not so much the larger tires alone, it's the fact you have smaller diameter tires in the front vs the rear. Speed sensors are confused by the different speed data.. ABS and traction control is most likely the pulsating you are feeling.

Our wall connector had a similar issue, it would only work when in compatibility mode and show the car as some generic electric car, flipping breaker would fix it but for only one session then would do it again, wall connector no power error. I think I caused it by walking away with my phone...

It depends on a lot of factors, I had been looking for over a month. The best inventory deals I saw consistently were cars in Red and Black(probably because that's a $2000 upgrade), also Black interiors with Tow seem to be a common theme. I was patient and paid off but no guarantees of course.

Correct, even if you don't get the subscription it makes sense to get the free hardware. Yes you can monitor the garage door position, it includes a door sensor. Not sure what your question is here, all your old clickers will work as usual.

With MYQ for tesla you can see the status of the doors(open or closed) and adjust the distance. Like others said if you have good wifi in your garage it seems to works flawlessly.

MyQ for Tesla does the same thing. We have only been using the MyQ subscription trial, but so far it has been flawless for 2 weeks. You can even set the distance. set 40ft for leaving and 80 ft for arriving, it surprisingly works well.

You can get a free universal MyQ hub and door sensor by just signing up for the free trial. They will email you a code, it will basically make any old garage door opener"smart" and wifi connected.

I don't have a community gate. I do have a gate at the end of my driveway though, but it is in wifi range even though it's 150 yards away. I know this as my camera by the gate is on my 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Can see how that could be an issue for some people though.
