You would need to reimage the car with the EU image sw. Than get an EU LTE modem and a sim card (use orange for greater success) and just program it via the MCU service mode. Is this a US car?

The issue with this solution is you don’t know how long it’s going to last. Tesla charges more but that comes with warranty…Plus you need to put the car in factory mode (tools cost $$) program its replacement etc etc

From what I read and understand, only one of the phases coming out from the main charger is used for UMC, so if that's bad then the UMC will not work, however the UWC works but at lower Amperage...
