This is how mine looked as well and after a week had to remove it and still dont have any ETA on a replacement.

$1000 is definitely on the cheaper end of ceramic coating packages including prep, which may explain some of the imperfections you are still seeing after the coating process. Xpel does make an awesome coating!

When doing your research, the MOST important performance specs to look for are TSER (Total Solar Energy Rejection) and IRR (Infrared Radiation Rejection). These are what make up the total heat you can "feel" coming through the glass.

The spoiler should have no problems with adhesion on top of PPF or coatings. The double sided tape used for mounting is able to withstand strong wind forces, so there is no need for any special prep aside from application to a clean/debris free surface.

It wont affect the ceramic coating and assuming they use 3M double sided tape to mount it'll bond/adhere just fine! Still waiting on my email. :/
