Window tint for MSM

Hi,

I'm considering tinting options for my model 3 and have a few questions for the forum. I'm in Maryland. I got quotes of $499 to tint the sides and back with 3M crystalline and $800 for sides and back with Rayno S9. What do you think of these quotes? Any preference between these 2 types of tint?

Definitely look into Spectra Photosync IRD, best heat rejection on the market up to 99% IRR

I just installed photosync ird 30% on the sides and back on my MSM P3D and I like it so far. If you look on the forum there are tons of pics already.

make sure to look at photosync in person ... it appears lighter in person and if you’re in the LA/OC/SD area i recommend seeing Tim. couldn’t be happier with my experience at Adonis

When doing your research, the MOST important performance specs to look for are TSER (Total Solar Energy Rejection) and IRR (Infrared Radiation Rejection). These are what make up the total heat you can "feel" coming through the glass.

What are your thoughts on Huper Optic Ceramic Tint? I have it on my Model 3 as well as several other cars. It’s excellent. I will use it on the Model Y someday too.

Colorado Detail. They’re on Iliff just east of Monaco.

They’re awesome but really busy. I’d contact them ASAP. I had to wait about 4 weeks for my appointment.
