Similar .. went with a sunjoe, foam cannon, soap, sealer, drying cloth from amazon.ca .. can't wait to start a hand wash routine on the 3 and family cruiser.
I will presume they were going towards Montreal - I've seen 5 trailer loads headed eastbound past Toronto over the last 2 days when driving to/from work.
The lighting isn't ideal but here is mine from last evening after delivery. I am pleased with the colour between the bumper and other panels/trunk.

That is pretty flat compared to the other panels .. its somewhat amazing this still hasn't been addressed or isn't an issue on a consistent basis. Two cars coming off the line back to back could have problems or not when it comes to this mismatch - fingers crossed for my pickup later today.
I will be getting a white one next week .. can you post a couple pics of your 'mismatch' .. Not that VIN range seems to matter with this issue, but what VIN range is yours?
I lost a hubcap once after hitting a pot hole on the highway off ramp. It stayed on the highway rolling along and we were never reunited. I still miss it and flash back to watching it roll away in the sideview mirror.
I have dealt exclusively with a rep in Fremont, up to, and including, the scheduling of my delivery (June 11, late afternoon). Has been a great experience so far with quick replies and answers to any questions I have had.
With so many variables around location, priority (owner, employee, trim level, etc) I am not worrying about my email or spot in line as I am out on the east coast.
I feel a cold coming on, but I'm really torn about whether or not there is any value in going there to line up/deal with possible madness versus signing in from the comforts of home and paying me 1k that way the following morning.
I am driving my 2008 mazda with 201,000 km on it. Unfortunately work and commuting has me travelling about 45,000km a year; not sure its got another 90,000 in it but my fingers will be crossed and my oil changes will be often.
I know I will limp along with my current car (if it makes it) or buy a cheap used car to bridge the gap until I get the call to pick-up my m3 in 2017.
