Fwiw, I've been trying the Bridgestone S700A and so far, it's grippier than the PS4S while having better road manners and wet handling than the RE71's. It's also wearing better than the RE71's I've run on other cars, but may not last as long as the PS4S (240 vs 300 treadwear rating).

I know and don't expect Tesla to add AA/AC. It's disappointing and I believe will be a growing disadvantage over time. Besides the paint quality, the infotainment capabilities are the most disappointing part of the car for me.

This is, in part, why AA and AC support would be a great addition. Both already support Spotify, Slacker, Pandora, etc.

Managed a new 0-60 best today in somewhat warmer temps. SOC 84%. I'm getting an initial bit of slip with my snow tires on, so wishful thinking tells me I'll be sub-3 with summer rubber and a performance sticker or two :D.

I watched Daerik's and there's no mention of whether his Vbox is set with the 1' rollout on (likely so), nor does he note the grade.

If you haven't tried this already, maybe clearing the app's data and cache will help, or reinstall the app.

No trouble for me. Tap on "Me" at bottom, tap on user icon, then tap edit button at top-right (pencil/paper icon) to go to Profile Page. Changing username or Location working fine. I'm using their Android app.

I already bought my P3D, so clearly I'm not waiting. However, I would have ordered a performance Y if there was an air suspension option. Maybe at some point there will be and I'll bite. Air suspension is pretty useful here in the mountains when you need extra clearance for bad roads and snow.

Agreed. I just did four more 0-60 runs in that same spot as earlier today. Got a couple of 3.47s @%77 SOC (Dragy verified). I've never been under 3.52 @ that same spot pre-update, so maybe a touch quicker, but clearly not by much.

Those runs were done at about 50°F.

I've got about a mile on the car since the update as I just did it here at work. It does seem a bit more responsive when I mash the pedal when going a steady 30 or so. I'll be doing some more runs and bringing it up to highway speeds at lunch.

Pre-Update v Post-Update I only had a chance to do a quick set of runs from a spot near my office parking lot before/after the update, but here's the results. Edit: 86% SOC

I'd go with the performance 3 but look for a used X instead. A bit more $$$, but a great combo imo.
